Edit or delete an invoice in your web browser
- On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Invoices.
- Locate the invoice.
- Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the invoice;
- To edit, select Edit from the menu, make the required changes, then click Save and Continue.
If you update your business information or customer details, these changes will apply to all past invoices, and the updated details will be saved in your business or customer’s profile.
- To delete, select Delete from the menu, then in the pop-up window, click Delete again to confirm.
Deleted invoices cannot be recovered.
- To edit, select Edit from the menu, make the required changes, then click Save and Continue.

- On the bottom menu, tap Sales > Invoices.
- Locate the invoice.
- Tap on the invoice to open it;
- To edit, tap the pencil icon at the top right, make the required changes, then tap Save.
- To delete, tap the three dots at the top right, then select Delete invoice. Tap Delete invoice again in the pop-up to confirm.
Deleted invoices cannot be recovered.
