Generate a link to a payment receipt in a web browser

1. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Invoices.
2. Select the invoice.
3. In the Manage payments section, under the payment details, click Send a receipt.
   • If your business is on the Starter Plan, click Copy link.
   • If your business accepts online payments or subscribes to Wave’s Pro Plan, click More options at the top of the page, then click Copy link.

Generate a link to a payment receipt in the Wave mobile app

1. On the bottom menu, tap Sales > Invoices.
2. Select the invoice.
3. If paid in full, tap Send receipt. If partially paid, tap the three dots in the top right corner, then tap Send receipt.
4. If there are multiple payments, select the payment from the list.
5. Tap Send link via…, then choose a method in the pop-up.
