On the left-side menu, you’ll find:

    1. Create new: Click to take a quick action to create a transaction, estimate, invoice, recurring invoice, bill, customer, vendor, or product or service.
    2. Dashboard: Click to view your business at a glance. Learn more about the dashboard in Get insight into your business with the dashboard.
    3. Sales & Payments: Click to access your invoices, estimates, checkouts, customer information, and products and services.
    4. Purchases: Click to access your bills, vendors, and products and services.
    5. Receipts: If you have a Receipts subscription, click to view uploaded receipts and scan new ones. If you want to subscribe to Receipts, click to get started. Learn more about the Receipts plan.
    6. Accounting: Click to access your transactions page, reconciliation page, and chart of accounts.
    7. Banking: Click to access your connected bank accounts and payout history if using online payments.
    8. Payroll: Click to access a dropdown menu for all things payroll.
    9. Reports: Click to access your reports.
    10. Wave Advisors: Click to learn more about personalized bookkeeping help with Wave Advisors.

At the top right corner, you’ll find:

    1. Business name: Click your business name to view the drop-down menu. A status indicating your subscription plan is shown beside your business name. Learn more about Wave’s plans.
    2. Business settings: Click to access your user management page, customization pages, payout bank information, business payroll information, subscriptions, and data export.
    3. Integrations: Click to see your current integrations or add new ones. Learn how to Integrate Wave with other apps using Zapier.
    4. Switch businesses: Click to switch to another business within your Wave account, or your Personal profile.
    5. Profile settings: Click to access your personal information, owner email addresses, notification settings, password and security, and business list.
    6. Sign out: Click to sign out of your Wave account.
    7. Terms and Privacy: Click Terms to review Wave’s Terms of Service agreement, or click Privacy to review Wave’s Privacy Policy.
    8. Share suggestion: Click to share feedback or suggestions about Wave.

At the bottom right, you’ll find:

    1. Message icon: Click to access Mave, Wave’s automated chatbot, to ask questions or get support.

At the top of the page, you’ll find:

    1. Business name: Tap to view a list of your businesses and switch between them.
    2. More: Tap to access your business settings, subscriptions, customers, products and services, and sales taxes.
    3. Create new: Tap to take a quick action to create an estimate, invoice, transaction, customer, product or service.
    4. Scan receipt: Tap to open your device camera to scan a receipt, if subscribed.

In the bottom menu, you’ll find:

    1. Dashboard: Tap to access your business at a glance.
    2. Sales: Tap to open a submenu to access your estimates, invoices, customers, and products.
    3. Accounting: Tap to open a submenu to access transactions and receipts, if applicable.
    4. Payments: Tap to access your recent payouts and payments from Wave’s online payment feature, or to set up online payments.
