Adding additional owner email addresses to your Wave account allows you, or trusted individuals, to log in and send invoices with owner-level access from secondary emails.

An email address can only be associated with one Wave login.
- Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com.
- At the top right corner, click your business name, then Profile settings.
- On the Settings menu, click Emails. If you log in using Google and do not have a password set up, click Password & Security first, then create a password to enable the Emails tab.
- Click Add new email.
- Enter your alternative email address, then click Add email address.
Wave will send a verification email to the new address. Check your inbox and click the verification link in the email.
If a password is set on your account, all email addresses will share that password for login.
Delete an owner email address
- Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com.
- At the top right corner, click your business name, then Profile settings.
- On the Settings menu, click Emails.
- Click the trash can icon next to the email address you want to remove, then click Delete email.
