Add and delete additional owner email addresses

Adding additional owner email addresses to your Wave account allows you, or trusted individuals, to log in and send invoices with owner-level access from secondary emails.

Add an additional owner email address

An email address can only be associated with one Wave login.

  1. Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com.
  2. At the top right corner, click your business name, then Profile settings.
  3. On the Settings menu, click Emails. If you log in using Google and do not have a password set up, click Password & Security first, then create a password to enable the Emails tab.
  4. Click Add new email.
  5. Enter your alternative email address, then click Add email address.

Wave will send a verification email to the new address. Check your inbox and click the verification link in the email.

If a password is set on your account, all email addresses will share that password for login.

Delete an owner email address

  1. Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com.
  2. At the top right corner, click your business name, then Profile settings.
  3. On the Settings menu, click Emails.
  4. Click the trash can icon next to the email address you want to remove, then click Delete email.
