Update your phone number for multi-factor authentication (MFA)

To update the phone number you use for multi-factor authentication (MFA):

1. Click your business name in the top right corner, then select Profile settings.
2. In the settings menu, click Password & Security.
3. Click Turn off next to Sign-in with phone number, then click Turn off phone authentication to confirm.
4. Click Set up phone number.
5. Enter your new phone number.
6. Click Continue.
7. Click Copy keys or Download (.txt file) to download your recovery keys, then click Continue.
8. Enter a key, then click Continue.
9. Click Done.
