Log in to your Wave account in the mobile app
If you're having trouble logging in to your Wave account, contact customer support.
Log in to your Wave account in a web browser
To log in to your Wave account in a web browser:
- Open the Wave Sign in page.

Type in your email address and click Continue, or click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
The new login experience is slowly being rolled out. If you're still on the current experience, enter your email and password on the same page.
- Enter your password or passcode if prompted.
- Enter the MFA code sent to your device or email, if MFA is enabled.
Log in to your Wave account in the mobile app
To log in to your Wave account in the mobile app:
- Open the Wave mobile app.
- Tap Sign in with Email, Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
- If you select:
- Email: Enter your email address and password, then tap Sign in.
- Google: Select your google account, enter your password, then tap Next.
- Apple: Enter your passcode, if prompted.
- Enter the MFA code sent to your device or email, if MFA is enabled.
