When you reach out to our Customer Support chatbot, Mave, you can email yourself a transcript of your finished conversation.
To email your chat transcript:
- At the end of your chat, select the three dots at the top left of the chat window.
- Click Email transcript.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Send.
If you do not see the transcript in your email inbox, check your Spam or Junk folders.
Wave does not store your chat history within your account. To keep a record of your Support chats, email the transcript as soon as your chat completes.
