Wave sends a verification email when you create an account, add a new owner email address, or update your primary email address. If you do not see the email, try these solutions:

  • Check your spam or junk folder. Email providers sometimes filter automated messages into these folders.
  • At the top right corner, click your business name, then Profile settings, and confirm the spelling of your primary email address.
  • Add @waveapps.com to your contact list to ensure you receive future emails.
  • Resend the verification email. 

To resend the verification email:

  1. Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com.
  2. Click your business name in the top right corner, then select Profile settings.
  3. Click Emails in the settings menu. If you log in with Google and do not have a password, click Password & Security first to create one.
  4. Click Resend verification under the Actions tab.
  5. Open your inbox and click the verification link.
