Multiple businesses vs multiple Wave accounts
A single Wave account can be used to manage multiple business profiles within it. Each business profile represents a separate, individual business, which isn’t linked to the other business profiles in your Wave account.
You can have multiple Wave accounts, as long as you have multiple email addresses that can be used to sign up for and log into, each new account. Each individual email address can only be associated with and used to log into one Wave account at a time.
If you’re logged into your Wave account, you cannot access business profiles on another Wave account (unless you have been added to that business as a User).
Business profiles created in separate Wave accounts can only be accessed through the Wave account they were created in. They can’t be moved between Wave accounts, and multiple business profiles can’t be combined into one profile.
