Edit, delete, or duplicate an estimate in your web browser

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Estimates.
  3. Locate the estimate or search using the filters above your list of estimates.
  4. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the estimate;
    1. To edit, select Edit from the menu, make the required changes, then click Save and Continue.
    2. To delete, select Delete from the menu, then in the pop-up window, click Delete again to confirm.

      Deleted estimates cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain them for your records, make sure to export the estimates before deleting them. Learn how in Print or export your estimates.

    3. To duplicate, select Duplicate from the menu. Make changes if needed to the duplicated estimate, then click Save and Continue. The estimate will be saved as a draft.

If you’re viewing an estimate, click More Actions at the top of the page to select the Delete or Duplicate options. To edit, click Edit invoice at the top right within the Create section.

  1. Log in to the Wave mobile app.
  2. Tap Sales on the bottom menu, then tap Estimates in the submenu.
  3. Tap on the estimate you want to edit, delete, or duplicate.
  4. Tap the three dots at the top right of your screen;
    1. To edit your estimate, tap Edit from the menu, make the changes required, then tap Save.
    2. To delete your estimate, tap Delete estimate from the menu, then tap it again to confirm.

      Deleted estimates cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain them for your records, make sure to export the estimates before deleting them. Learn how in Print or export your estimates.

    3. To duplicate your estimate, tap Duplicate from the menu. This creates a new estimate with the fields filled in. To save the estimate, tap Save.
