Convert an estimate to an invoice

If you convert an estimate to an invoice, you cannot undo this. If you need to make changes to a converted estimate, you can duplicate it to create a new one.

Convert an estimate to an invoice in your web browser

1. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Estimates.
2. Find the estimate you want to convert.
3. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the estimate, then select Convert to invoice.

This creates a new invoice in Draft status.

1. On the bottom menu, tap Sales > Estimates.
2. Tap on the estimate you want to convert.
3. Tap Convert to invoice.

This creates a new invoice in Draft status.
