Add attachments to an estimate in your web browser

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Sales and Payments > Estimates.
  3. Locate the estimate you want to add an attachment to and click to open it. To add an attachment to a new estimate, first create an estimate.
  4. Click Edit estimate.
  5. At the bottom of your estimate, click the + icon in the Attachments section, then select the files from your device. You can also drag and drop your files here. The files must be smaller than 5MB. Learn more in Frequently asked questions about estimate and estimate attachments.
  6. Click Save and continue.

Remove attachments from an estimate in the Wave mobile app

  1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
  2. On the left-side menu, click Sales and Payments > Estimates.
  3. Locate the estimate you want to remove attachments from and click to open it.
  4. Scroll down to the Attachments section, then click the x icon beside the attachment you want to remove.
  5. Click Save and continue.

  1. Log in to your account on the Wave mobile app.
  2. On the bottom menu, tap Sales, then Estimates.
  3. Tap the estimate you want to add an attachment to. To add an attachment to a new estimate, first Create an estimate.
  4. Tap the pencil icon at the top right.
  5. At the bottom of your estimate, tap Upload attachments.
  6. Select the file type you want to upload and select the files from your device, or use the Take photo or video option. The files must be smaller than 5MB. Learn more in Frequently asked questions about estimate and estimate attachments.
  7. Tap Save.

Remove attachments from an estimate in the Wave mobile app

  1. Log in to your account on the Wave mobile app.
  2. On the bottom menu, tap Sales, then Estimates.
  3. Tap the estimate you want to remove the attachments from.
  4. Tap the pencil icon at the top right.
  5. Scroll down to the Attachments section, then tap the x icon beside the attachments you want to remove.
  6. Tap Save.
