Estimates with deposit payments cannot be edited. If the payment was added manually, remove the payment to edit the estimate.

1. Log in to your account at waveapps.com.
2. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Estimates.
3. Locate the estimate.
4. To the right of the estimate, click the dropdown arrow:

   1. To edit, click Edit, make the required changes, then click Save and Continue.

      Editing an accepted estimate will reset its accepted status. Resend the estimate to your customer or mark it as accepted on their behalf again.

   2. To delete, click Delete, then in the pop-up window, click Delete to confirm.

      Deleted estimates cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain them for your records, export the estimates before deleting them. Learn how to print or export your estimates.

   3. To duplicate, click Duplicate. Make changes, if needed, to the duplicate estimate, then click Save and Continue. The duplicate estimate will save as a draft.

If you’re viewing an estimate, at the top of the page, click More Actions to Delete or Duplicate that estimate. To edit that estimate, within the Create section, click Edit invoice.

You can only edit a deposit request using Wave in a web browser.

1. Log in to the Wave mobile app.
2. Tap Sales on the bottom menu, then tap Estimates in the submenu.
3. Tap on the estimate.
4. At the top right, tap the three dots:

   1. To edit your estimate, tap Edit from the menu, make the changes required, then tap Save.

      Editing an accepted estimate will reset its accepted status. You’ll need to resend the estimate to your customer or mark it as accepted on their behalf again. Accepting an estimate is part of Wave's Pro Plan.

   2. To delete your estimate, tap Delete estimate from the menu, then tap it again to confirm.

      Deleted estimates cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain them for your records, make sure to export the estimates before deleting them. Learn how in Print or export your estimates.

   3. To duplicate your estimate, tap Duplicate from the menu. This creates a new estimate with the fields filled in. To save the estimate, tap Save.
