Troubleshoot customers not receiving invoices sent through Wave

Invoices sent through a shared link or PDF are not traceable by Wave. If a customer is not receiving documents sent outside of Wave, troubleshoot with your customer or email service provider.

If your customers are not receiving the invoices you send through Wave, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

        • Have your customers check the filters in their email account and their junk/spam folders.
        • Have them add @waveapps.com to their address book.
        • If you recently updated the email address of a customer that you send recurring invoices, you need to update the email on the recurring invoice itself.

You can also send invoices to your customer using a different method.
