How to update your personal information in Wave

You have the option to enter your personal information in your Wave account. You may also be required to enter this information if you use Wave Payments or Wave Payroll. Here are the steps to take if you need to update your personal information in Wave.

How to update your personal information in your Wave account

  1. Click on your business name on the top left corner of your Wave account.
  2. Select Manage your profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Personal Information on the left tab.
  4. Edit the required fields, and click Save.

If you use Wave Payments, the information on file for your Wave Payments account will not also be updated when you make changes to your personal or business information in the Manage your profile section of your Wave account.

If any of your information (address, phone number, etc.) has changed, click on the help icon at the bottom right corner of your Wave account, and type How to change info in payment account. Our support chatbot, Mave, will guide you through the process of updating this information.

How to update your personal information for Wave Payroll

  1. Click Settings at the bottom left of the navigation menu.
  2. Under the Payroll section, click Company Signatory.
  3. Edit the required fields, and click Save.
