Print or export an invoice in the mobile app

Invoices cannot be printed or exported in bulk. As an alternative, you can export invoice information to a Google sheet using Wave Connect.

Print or export an invoice in your web browser

To print or export an invoice you're already viewing, click More Actions at the top of the page and select Print or Export as PDF.

1. On the left-side menu, click Sales & Payments > Invoices.
2. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the invoice.
3. To print the invoice, select Print, then print from your device.
4. To export the invoice, select Export as PDF. In the pop-up, click Download PDF. The file will download to your device.

If you’re experiencing any formatting issues while using the Print function, try exporting the invoice as a PDF, then printing it from your device.

Print or export an invoice in the Wave mobile app

1. On the bottom menu, tap Sales > Invoices.
2. Select the invoice.
3. Tap Send invoice.
4. Select Send PDF via… then:
   1. To print, select the print option.
   2. To export, select the option to save to your device or online cloud storage.
