If you’re having trouble viewing or accessing certain pages or sections of your Wave account, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Wave’s status page
Wave has a status page that lists all ongoing issues that may be affecting your Wave account. The status page is updated frequently and has a daily history of software activities.
To access the status page through your Wave account:
- From a web browser, open waveapps.com.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Under Support & Tools, click System status.
2. Troubleshoot your browser
If there are no active incidents or outages posted on the status page, you may be experiencing an issue related to your browser or device. Ensure you are using the latest version of our supported browsers or the latest version of the Wave mobile app.

3. Contact our Support Team
If there are no active incidents or outages posted on the status page, and troubleshooting your browser did not resolve your issue, our Support Team can help. To reach them, open Mave, Wave’s automated chatbot, and request to speak with a Support Agent. Our Support Team may request screenshots of the error or to collaborate on your account to recreate the issue.
